COMEC is proud to present the results of a recent benchmark test conducted at Isaval, one of Spain’s leading paint manufacturers, confirming the exceptional performance of the COMEC DualForce basket mill.
The test compared the COMEC DualForce with a competitor’s machine under identical production conditions, processing a 1,000-liter batch of carbon black.
The results clearly demonstrate the advantages of DualForce technology. Processing time was reduced by 50%, decreasing from 8 hours to just 4 hours, while maintaining superior product quality and process stability.
In addition to the significant productivity improvement, the benchmark highlighted several key benefits:
