DromontGroup Corporate Event

A Corporate Event was held at Dromont Headquarters in Grinzane Cavour on September 22 to share with all the team values, knowledge, passions and favor motivation, enthusiasm, sense of belonging.

I thank all the team, who have worked intensely, ensuring the high standards that our partners have come to expect from us. I am convinced we will go far, and I know we can count on everyone’s contribution.”

The event proved to be fundamental to share the top management’s choices and to initiate a professional and passionate discussion on this topic with the entire work team.

The Conference opened with a speech by Dott. Luca Drocco, President and CEO, followed by the talks of Dott. Guglielmo Ceccon and Ing. Giulia Cristofori, respectively General Managers of Dromont and Comec, Ing. Santo Polimeni, Group Knowledge Manager, and Dott. Ezio Braggio, Counselor and member of Dromont Board of Directors.

Great ideas and concrete solutions were also introduced by Group Sales Director Marco Garello and Comec Sales Director Dario Di Paola, as well as by Group Purchase Director Carlo Lavina, Comec Purchase Manager Emilia Monica, Project Managers Marco Nucci and Simone Carboni, and Group IT Manager Matteo Ramello.

Also the financial, administrative and human resources departments gave their great contribution: Group Finance Director Dott.sa Vanessa Ravaschio showed 2021 excellent financial results and explained the extraordinary growth the Group is experiencing. The credit goes to the whole team, as stated by Avv. Sara Nada, Group Vicepresident Legal and HR, who together with Emanuela Bosticco and Elena Zuliani explained new strategies to support the staff and to allow our Group to grow with competent, specialized and highly experienced people.

Finally, the managers of the Group core production lines, Mr. Fabio Zanutto for Dromont Inplant, Mr. Luca Totino for Dromont Retail and Mr. Stefano Viappiani for Comec, illustrated the repercussions on production of the difficulties of procuring raw materials and managing increasingly complex plants all over the world, showing the company’s strategies for lean and efficient management.

An interesting Dromont company tour was organized for Comec colleagues, a nice opportunity to visit production departments of Inplant and Retail lines, warehouse and offices.
